"Debout Congolais" (Kongo: Telama besi Kongo; lit. 'Stand up, Congolese' or 'Arise, Congolese') is the national anthem of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It was originally adopted in 1960 upon independence from Belgium, but was replaced by "La Zaïroise" when Congo changed its name to Zaire in 1971. It was finally reinstated when Congo was reorganized in 1997. The words are by Joseph Lutumba and the music is composed by Simon-Pierre Boka di Mpasi Londi .

Debout Congolais est l'hymne national de la République démocratique du Congo. Il a été écrit par le Révérend Père Simon-Pierre Boka, composé par Joseph Lutumba et adopté l'année de l'indépendance du pays en 1960. Cet hymne a été remplacé par La Zaïroise, également écrite par Boka, en 1971 sous Mobutu. Depuis la prise de pouvoir de Laurent-Désiré Kabila en 1997, Debout congolais est redevenu l'hymne national.
