This is a fantastic tutorial, i was able to work through this and create a fantastic intro screen, thank you for this.

I tried importing an .obj and placing it up there with the text, following the same steps, but it doesn't want to fall when I play the animation. What settings control whether an object "falls"?

Is there a reason you don't use the geometry tab under text to extrude the text?

I've got a question:
I want to make a text animation where the text is first invisible, but from the left to the right it gets with an animation visible.
Can somebody recommend me a tutorial (english/german) with the information I need to do this?
