It either goes down or in your sleeve or you hold it at the bottom of your palm/wrist so you can hold it with out no body realising

when u realise he was having a black marker in his right hand from start of the video. And at the end he took the band by his left or right hand and exchanged it through marker. After that he took his hands down as it is and threw the band below table
