I like the CX-70. Ive owned 2 cx9s and I've always hated the useless third row. Personally I want the size with no third row. I would like to see Mazda increase the horsepower in the CX-70. Let the 90 be a family car and the 70 be the sporty cousin.

It's just too long for a 2 row. I was waiting to see if I might want one, because the 5 and 50 are too small inside, but the 9 and 90 don't fit in my garage. Should have made it 8 inches shorter or brought us the CX-60. I think most people in the city who don't need or want 3 rows will not want a 2 row that is that long. I don't know why Mazda doesn't think people want something that fits between the 5/50 and 9/90 in size.

Even if they don't do anything different people are looking for a 2 row bigger SUV. See the new Lincoln SUVs. The problem they had was if the made it into a compact semi luxury vehicle then where would they go with the new CX5? I think they learned from Europe that the CX5 is too close to the CX60. The next model redesign of the 70 will likely look markedly different to differentiate it more. I think with this model they ran out of money.

The CX-60 is part of the series overseas. (40, 60, 80) ...
the 50, 70, & 90 are all US.

You dont need to sit in it or ride in it just sit in a 90 and fold the third row down. They won't have changed the tuning because that takes R&d which is why they just ripped out the 3rd row and called it a new model.

It’s a pointless lineup that costs more than a 3 rows CX90… You don’t need to sit in one to workout that math.

It looks dope. Like an SUV wagon. My Fiancee wanted the CX-50, but this seems more badass for the 2 of us (we don't want kids). But I know most Mazda fans online want to see more fun cars. But this looks pretty cool for us. I'd love to see how it drives, but it seems like Mazda might not do anything crazy with the handling compared to the CX-90, if it wasn't matketed for it.

They ran out of money plain and simple cx90 is already one of the longest if not the longest vehicle in it's class. Yes you should judge. It's the same powertrain transmission tuning is software. Nobody should support Mazda in this phone-in
