It was lvl 16 for me dude im guessing is just set to around what ever level you are but thanks man

There seems to be some level scaling here. I just fished it out of the water, and it's level 6. I'm currently level 10.
Also, it's way more than 2 chests. Swim around above with Geralt's Witcher vision, and you'll spot about 6 or 7. Use a Killer Whale potion to dive longer because some chests are in tight nooks.

Pretty sure it's random cause I've found 3 of these swords so far, lvl 3, 5 and 10.

i now have both of these (moonblade and deithwen) and the level for the moonblade is lvl 3 also the deithwen

omg I hate fyke isle, no matter how much geralt 'sleeps' can be ambushed by monsters whole place is so dark
