Biden says Trump vaccine plan falling 'far behind'

US President-elect Joe Biden warns that the vaccination drive led by President Donald Trump in an effort to fight Covid-19 is falling short. "The Trump administration's plan to distribute vaccines is falling behind, far behind," Biden says.
