The dolls represent Garry's creepy ex-girlfriend who won't leave him alone. I got that vibe from the dialogue anyway. He also says something like "Girls sure are scary!" to Ib after getting out of the doll room.

Oh my God XD
I managed to get all the way to the last scene without laughing... But then that last scene sent me to the floor, laughing uncontrollably. My laugh sounds like a drunk llama going into labor, so my mom checked in to make sure I wasn't dying! 10/10 ^-^
