LOWER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT - It's leg day! Get Ready to feel the burn with this lower body workout designed to build strong, lean legs at home with just a set of dumbbells.

There are 2 circuits that make up this dumbbell leg workout + a bonus 4 minute Bodyweight Tabata HIIT. Complete 2 sets of each exercise before moving onto the next. 40 secs work/20 secs rest. Have 1 minute rest between circuits.

You'll need 1 Bench/chair + Variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this leg day workout. I used 1 set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

509 calcories for me even with few modifications i burned so much i did bonus tabata too my legs were shaking and i feel good xx

I chose this workout tonight because I was already feeling tired and this one looked easy. Bah-ha-ha!!! Having said that, I am going to come back to this one again and again - I love the variety and the cardio boost at the end. And ... I LOVE it when your dog(s) join in the fun - he seemed so happy to do cardio right along with you! Such happiness! :)
