I'd consider Link and Yunobo to be bros as well. It might not be as obvious in BOTW, but in the AoC DLC Yunobo made it clear to us that Link has been a huge inspiration for him in finding his courage. Maybe it's one-sided, but Yunobo considering Link a bro should count.

REMEMBER! Given the ending of Skyward Sword, it's reasonable to assume that Link and Zelda populated the surface and established Hyrule. This would mean that Groose and Link not only have the best bromance, it would also mean they were Hyrule's first bromance.
