Love the way give this tutorial. You show how to play the song, focusing on the chords and structure, but also show that the strumming comes from how the song sounds to the player. You demonstrated this when trying to explain your strumming pattern, which I found revelatory. It means that you can play the song intuitively, which really freed me from the mechanistic down, down, mute, up, down down, etc which I found boggling. You put the fun into playing and demystify it, putting it into my hands. Thank you.

Good lesson. I just learned this song and your video was a big help. Small bit however, if you watch the live BBC version from the 70s, she never does go full "Keith Richards/Brown Sugar" as you are doing here on the bar chords, with E7 as you call it. She only hammers on 2 frets on the 5th string. She does use the E7 in the open position but then adds the run up with the 5th string 3rd fret which softens the whole thing out and makes it more folky than rock.
