Broken Leaf Springs on notorious I-25

Disaster on notorious bad and always under construction I-25 between Colorado Springs and Denver! We were flagged down and told our leaf spring is broken! RV life can be hazardous! We turn lemons into clemonaid and beef up our rig on the side of the road!

If the title is true. What in the world would you be towing anything that fast for? And why would someone have to flag you down? You should have noticed it the instant it happened.
Sorry to be a Grump but I see people everyday driving like idiots towing travel trailers. And have seen the Aftermath of the accidents that they caused!!
