I realized that Magistus actually likes this card since it makes a 1-card Calamity that equips a Fusion and Link monster from your GY to it. HERO and Prank Kids players in shambles...? I guess. But it's still good that it adds more versatility there

MEANING,
Equipped Monsters
(like Therion, Infernoble, and Magistus themselves), OR MONSTERS THAT ARE TREATED AS CONTINUOUS SPELL/TRAP
(Crystal Beast, Snake-Eyes, Vision HERO Increase)
CAN BE USED AS MATERIAL.

Example Scenario:

You have "Artemis, the Magistus Moon Maiden" equipped to something like "Aleister the Invoker" or even another extra deck monster (Any Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Link) YOU CAN SEND THEM TO THE GY AS MATERIALS TO SUMMON "Chorozo, the Magistus Spirit"

(Cuz Artemis is a SPELLCASTER + LINK MONSTER CARD, another Spellcaster or Extra deck monster = Chorozo).

This ruling is important since most players neglect wording in certain cards.

Like if Mirrorjade turns into continuous spell cuz of Subversion/Flamberge's effect you still can't summon a 2nd one cuz you still "Control Mirrorjade" even though it's not treated as a Monster anymore.

Similar to Mirrorjade ruling, this also applies to Rescue-ACE Hydrant still buffing your Rescue-ACE Quick-Play Spell/Traps even if you equip it to backrow with Therion King Regulus.

Cuz you still "Control Hydrant" even though it's not a monster anymore.

It also works with Instant Fusion, which is a plus.

In Tellarknights, we can summon this using any spellcaster like maindeck Caduceus and a Delteros treated as an equipcard thanks to Armored XYZ (we would have still sent to the GY the Delteros to trigger its floating effect) so Chorozo basically acts as a lv4 tuner "link 1" enabling a decent amount of synchro plays. The payoff needs to he worth it (we lost Savage, after all) but there is definitely room for experimentation

This makes for a pretty interesting use-case for Snake-Eyes Chase, since Runick fusion+ Chase->Diabellestar in ST Zone makes this

People already cooked the combo line that use fiendsmith package to get to Baron with this card (4+6 = 10, you can also make chaos angel that has both side of effect). The line I believe still allow you to get to a rank 6 on top of the baron but may require a different opener

The fact that he first thought of runick instead of the archetype it is made for is insane.

Magistus can get it pretty easily aswell. You just go into the link-1 and get another spellcaster like magicians souls onto the field.

You can attack with it, negate the attack and return it to the extra deck to use it later for another superpoly

I honestly cant wait for magistus to get more support ended up adding swordsoul to my magistus deck so would par up nice with some of the combos
