I absolutely loved this version of fried rice. I love the mild citrusy flavor from pancit canton seasoning and the calamansi juice. I love the slight sweetness, too, and the texture I get from the mixed veggies. I am certain that I am going to make this again… maybe try another flavors, too.

‼️NOTES:
▪️You can use another flavor of pancit canton.
▪️Don’t forget to crush the pancit canton into smaller pieces: with the pancit canton still inside the packaging (closed), crush it using your hands.
▪️Omit the mixed veggies if you don't like it or add your choice of veggies.
▪️The addition of calamansi juice and sweet soy sauce is completely optional, but enhances the taste of the fried rice.
▪️I suggest not adding a lot of rice as you might lose the flavor of the pancit canton.
