I would think they would put the bigger fan in the master bath since the closet is there and the 4 " fan in the 1/2 bath.

Looks great. Does it come with white cabinets throughout? And only wish it came with a bathtub. I know they can put extra steal framing for bathtub. Other then that I love it.

You just have to pull that up and park that somewhere but I love it. I'd live in that FT.

This unit just screams to be a tri axle. The carrying capacity is kind of low considering the size of the unit. A 3rd axle would also help with that large overhang.

A couple of comments. I love these rear kitchen designs. I've been back and forth with other brands doing something like this plan and I'm split on which couch would go in favour of a desk. I like the privacy of the one beside the TV and the fact that you don't have to "clean up your [stuff]" to get the view back on the camp side. That said I also think that would be a more private spot for someone to sleep. I will say the height of that shower would be an absolute deal breaker.

They should fix their frame issues and plumbing issues before selling more fifth wheels. They have some nice layouts but the frame and plumbing issues are keeping me from considering ANY Grand Design.

Overall, I think this is amazing! I love the floorplan. For my husband and I, we would prefer a desk instead of that one couch by the dining room table (if I had the money for this, that would NOT be a deal breaker though). I love the idea of a half bath but I don't like this one. It still looks a little cramped. I don't think the sink area needs to to take up so much room.
I love everything about the nain bathroom thiugh. And U really like that showerhead!

We’re currently in a GD 373 which we love. The low cargo capacity in this unit would totally eliminate it from our consideration. This unit needs 3 axels.

Are the ceiling air vents closeable? It's nice to be able to close them to help cool the bigger spaces.

Hey, Nerd! Just want to let you and anyone else that reads this know that on the unit you looked at, there wasn't a skylight in the shower hence the low ceiling and cramped space.

I put a deposit on one today and it does have a skylight making it 78" to the top. I'm 6'4" so a very important consideration for me.

Why do they keep doing 8k dual axles with 18k GVW? The H rated tires are great but that suspension and hangers are undersized from the get go. This needs Tri 7k axles.

Wow! This one's practically perfect. We'll just wait a model year while they make this all fit in a 25' length that can be pulled by our minivan.
In all seriousness, though, we completely agree on the third couch location, that needs to have a desk option, possibly even an entire office in that slidebox. While they're fixing the step up into the shower issue, they might as well make it step-in hot tub back there - THAT would be perfect!
