That only applies if it was done at Lexus. They could have had it done by an outside shot. That is bad advice

U ever heard of CARFAX? It’ll have repair history from shops other than Lexus assuming the shop reports stuff. Lexus will only have it if done at a Lexus shop which is a small portion of them after about 50-60k or after the 1st owner from what I’ve seen.
