Think he will do well, First thing make Ireland bloody hard to beat like we used to be . Play to our strengths and mix the football up a bit . More urgency for a start

Hopefully he has a good relationship with the Icelandic FA and can obtain some data from their recent friendly in Wembley. England are levels above on paper but seem to underperform together but I really hope Irish players leave every last drop of sweat and effort on the field against them.
