Hello There! ... im back again with another house building video and today i show my latest creation Maries 14 which is a small, cozy house buildt on a 20 x 30 lot and looks very cute...

so this is diffrent kind of house building style i have done... before it was only music on the story part but today i decied to do a commentary on the whole video... i really enjoyed it and i hope you also enjoy it :)

so there was a girl called Marie for many years ago that i knowed... and that is what i get the house name from... ...cough... anyway and the song is pretty sad so i hoped you liked it :P

I love this house! It is small and certainly has character. I'm a fan of a void. I am also studying design and working with store fixtures. Unfortunately my training focus is not on home decoration. I play sims just to build the houses so here is my creativity. I can say to this that you're one of my inspieraties. I have not any tricks with the roofs and the split level. Unfortunately I have no one in my area who can teach me. So go ahead and I keep you surely follow!

It's absolutely gorgeous. For a small house you've managed to put in everything that I would want in a house, plus your houses always look so stylish & classy. You're very talented, I'd say you have an artist's eye for logical & realistic details. I'm bew to the game & bought all the expansions through Steam so I'm not sure how to get any of your houses from the Exchange into my game.
