How to make DIY pH Balanced Moisturizing Shampoo

When making a shampoo, you have to understand the purpose for that shampoo. Today we are making a DIY Moisturizing Shampoo. When shampoo is too alkaline (high pH level), it can be quite harsh on the hair making it dry and brittle and the hair curticles opened. This could be okay for clarifying shampoo but for moisturizing shampoo we need it to have a low pH for shampoo.
