The first time it was broadcasted is just after the channel was signing off. The picture and texts literally stayed all night until the channel is signing on. The second appearance is the same thing, channel is signing off and the pic with the name and phone number appeared. Except it only stayed a couple seconds (I think 10) and the picture is actually more clear. And after 10 seconds, it goes back to the normal rainbow static screen.

I meet a clerk that worked at a high school she would report that during her decades working at the school several teens went missing yet nobody reporter them she stated that if they had moved they had to go to school elsewhere and their récords from school were a must to start school elsewhere but suddenly is as if they had not existed😢😢😢

I like the closest theory that they used the same broadcasting national anthem as the one in the 80’s and it happened to be Joanna’s missing poster. And also, I remember people looked for people who were deceased at that time and area, and found a body that resembled her.
