Senzo Meyiwa Murder Trial | 24 January 2024

The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial will continue in the high court in Pretoria. Lead investigator - Brigadier Bongani Gininda is on the stands. Five men are currently on trial for the soccer star's 2014 murder.

What more evidence was required from the evidence we have had today? Why was the full recording of this affidavit was always hidden to the public? Gininda is not answering questions asked by Mgomezulu, he is just explaining unnecessary things to Mgomezulu. The Judge is quiet about that.

What was the reason for Adv Mngomezulu to insist that the full sworn affidavit must be read before the court? We have noticed that the state (prosecutors) and Judge were too protective to the name implicated to this affidavit, thanks to Adv. Mngomezulu. if i killed someone, then i made a confession and signed such, without being held hostage or tortured to doing so, how do i turn back and engage lawyers back on forth....these are grown ups who i believe they knew what comes with them confessing if at all they did it at their own will, unless they just want to frustrate everyone or probably try their luckiness by changes stories...my conclusion is there was torture to confession...we all know that's what is done by the police and investigation team
