I have watched several videos about Silverton, but this one is by far the best in terms of research, detail, and objective evaluation. Can't wait for more like this!

Great video, and very accurate and well researched. I would say the only correction would be that it’s actually easy to get to PDX, taking route 213 up to the 205. It takes just less than an hour but mostly an easy drive. And yes the hospital is amazing!

I was there in the early 90s. Do they still have the parking meters downtown where one could buy 12 minutes of parking for a penny?

On my place to visit list. Lush greenery is a luxury compared to living in desert 🏜️.

Its silver creek not silver river. Pretty much nobody comes for the murals. The schools are not the greatest. The reservoir has very limited parking. General consensus is don't move here.
