Though the recording quality might be "iffy", this version of Mr Soul kicks the studio version to shame. Further evidence that Buffalo Springfield is a forgotten rock and roll powerhouse not that much is needed for the already converted

Actually, this is pretty insane. Not far removed in intensity from what Hendrix, Lou Reed, and Quicksilver were doing around this time. And it sounds fine as long as Neil is not singing. #endurancewriter
