How to change front bumper on Land Rover Defender

Thanks for the video. It was useful to see how it "should" fit on my old defender that has rusted over

So the previous owner of my Defender put this exact bumper on with regular nuts and didn't use the capture nut piece. Now when I try to remove the bolts the nuts spin and I can't get to them at all. Any ideas as to how I can remove this number with regular nuts that spin with the bolt?

Not mechanically minded at all but this has helped me a hell of a lot to put my troubled at ease and go for a new bumper thanks guys

Cheapskates why not supply the bottom captive nuts, you provide the bolts. The bottom nuts are way more likely to be unusable and requiring replacement come on the bumper kit looks great just been let down for a few quid

These bumpers are worthless. So thin You would be afraid to step on them. Mine rusted upp so the rubber corner fell of
If You take the time to change, the bumper get hold on som real stuff
Weird that they do not provide the whole bolt and nut- kit, which will, on older Defenders will be ompletely rotten
