My friend back when he started playing (2 years ago) was convinced that accuracy was used for determining weither "random" target attacks would hit the same target. he stacked his apothecary with as much acc as he could haha

To summarize:
- Use the F* forge and get better gear
- Be fast and furios, 200 speed minimum
- Affinity matters
- Don't copy cat masteries

My only guess for accuracy on apothecary would be that the account owner was using some sort of CC set or poison set and they did not know that sets do not require accuracy like abilities do. This is probably a pretty frequent occurrence with new to midgame players (hopefully not late to endgame players) as many Content Creature's talk a lot about the importance of accuracy and will show champs in CC sets with high accuracy and they may not distinguish that the accuracy is for champion ability only and not the CC set.

Good point on the forge, for me it's purely a time issue. Personally playing on mobile, between RL and farming in game I don't find a huge amount of time to forge gear.
But definitely something I will now put a bit more time allocation towards.

Well, the no. 1 reason to put accuracy on apothecary is to make a content creator shave his had. Good enough reason for me. Even willing to change my build to back it up ;-)

my forge has always been a pristine and nicely organized part of my game, but I've had issues with the other things you discuss in this video, for a year+. It wasn't until 2 to 4 months ago that I could fully understand masteries, affinity friendly, and get the gear to boost the speeds on most of my champions over 200. This is a very helpful video and many players will benefit from watching it!
