Lando Norris leaked Oscar Piastri's Mclaren F1 move in one of his Lando Norris interviews, known as the Lando Norris Piastri interview

Formula 1 driver Oscar Piastri was announced as Alpine F1 2023 driver, in the Oscar Piastri Alpine announcement or Alpine Piastri announcement. But then, Oscar Piastri himself denied Alpine's Piastri announcement.

Oscar Piastri said the following in his announcement: "I understand that, without my agreement, Alpine F1 have put out a press release late this afternoon that I am driving for them next year. This is wrong and I have not signed a contract with Alpine for 2023. I will not be driving for Alpine next year."

Asking "It‘s confirmed?" isn‘t nessecarily a leak. Lando used social media and embraces memes, so he also heard of the rumours. Meaning, he might also think that Piastri might move to McLaren without hearing anything from the team. So asking if it's confirmed, can actually be a genuine question because the team doesn't have to talk to him about the second driver's contract.

By judging the reaction, this could also be the case, but he might really leaked something there.
