Thanks for the insights Clément, continue the great work you are doing. One thing you could address is how to stay motivated when you no longer are doing some of the core things you used to love doing daily. Maybe you used to love doing frontend engineering, but now you are focused on other areas, this is an issue that comes up in growing companies that mature certain roles and strip responsibilities that persons actually enjoyed doing. Just a thought.
