Why chance going out in a hellacious ball of fire if your ever T boned? And yes I could smell fuel in the cab before I relocated mine between the rear frame rails.

Since this is a short bed, the tank ends up 6 inches from the rear bumper. That can't be safe. I can see doing this on a long bed. Any thoughts from Brothers would be appreciated as I'm debating doing this on my 69 short bed C/10.

Why relocate the fuel tank? Nothing wrong with its original location.
