Always ask for lowering the price or ask people around first before buying things to the Seller, They will always add more fees, its usually ₱70-100 in Normal Local Barber, and ₱150-250+ for good Salons. There will always be that foreigner price added. In our place which is small town, a full haircut is ₱35-50PHP.
