You don't have to wipe data :
1. wait for some time when the logo is displayed
2. ask someone to call your number
3. Goto settings>apps>Poco Launcher
4. Clear all data
This should help, the phone is stuck because the app data for poco Launcher is too high. Had this same problem resolved without losing any of my data 😀

I've had the similar issues a couple of times. You dont have to reboot your phone or anything. Just call your phone from another and your phone will reboot itself. It worked for me, I can't guarantee the same for everyone. But its a lot easier.

⭕When You recovered your device from phone call You will need to do this: "it will completely solve this bug"
1. Go to settings
2. Select Apps
3.Manage Apps
4.locate Poco launcher
5.Then clear data

It can easily be done without wiping data as well. Its an issue with the poco launcher.

Just try to call from another phone to your phone, it worked for me👍
And change the launcer to any other launcher

If nothing literally nothing works, , then press and hold power and mid volume button for 1 min, until its stuck at Fastboot Android icon.
Now long press at power button after the screen only shows fastboot icon

Now Booting starts to MIUI ..
And DAmnnn..
Delete Airtel/jio and clear Launchher data
