"turning over" is the act of the motor rotating when you engage the starter or pull the rope.  I assume you mean its turning over but not spitting or sputtering.  If it is turning over but not firing then its most likely a carb issue.  Trying spraying a little starting fluid in the cylinder or carb to see if it fires.

Mine will not turn over at all -- Do you have a video oh how you trouble shoot your problem?   I changed the Sparkplug - and still will not even turn over.

can you plzz give me the model # I have the same pressure washer but my # is weathered and not visible and I need a seal for the pump and sears cant help me without a model #

Changed the oil in mine and the case cracked while I was screwing in the plug. Yes it was straight. Useless pot metal engine.
