I’ve actually made this for two years now since watching this video. I don’t like mushrooms so I substituted with cream of chicken and I use turkey bacon vs regular bacon. It’s a big hit for my Latin family. They have never tried green bean casserole before haha!

I made this tonight and thought I was being clever by adding a roasted bell pepper to the mix but while it was baking I realized I forgot to add the stuffing. Despite my mistake the result was amazing. I topped mine with jack cheese and the wife and I were very impressed. This will definitely be my go to GBC recipe from now on. Thanks for sharing this.
