The Indian special forces have been known to carry out very difficult missions both within India and abroad. Very recently, the Indian marine commandos helped rescue a Maltan ship from hijackers in the Indian Ocean. This amazing rescue even garnered worldwide praise for Indian special forces... but who exactly are the special forces? What do they do? How do they train? In this video, we delve into the history of the formation of special forces and their present status. We also talk about what goes into becoming a special forces member and why it is not everyone's cup of tea.

Mohak my father serves in ITBP as Gazetted officer and currently he is posted in Joshimath. They are given the duty to have sharp eyes on LAC border. My father with his colleagues goes for SRP( Short range patrolling for a week) and LRP(Long range patrolling for a month) every 3rd month on China border in extreme climatic conditions. Last year due to heavy snowfall they resided there for 3 months and didn't have enough ration. They used to have Khichdi for every meal of the day. And they send the live information of borders with proofs to IB, RAW, and home ministry each day. Even geologists sometimes live with them to study melting of glaciers of Nanda, Kamet peaks.Their Life is very secretive and extremely difficult but all our forces personnel are the most deserving of salute, respect and love!

I met the entire battalion on a Rajasthani express once, trust me they don't look like normal humans, their muscles look like super soldiers, they were very friendly and flaunted their bullets injury, ofc no secret were shared but we normal are nothing in both strength and brain.

I truly believe that the only real MegaProject that Govt of India needs to invest in is a fully revamped education (including moral education) and vocational training for young people, most importantly teaching young people to think for themselves.
