As always, it simply depends. My plan is CCNP simply because it holds a crap ton of resume weight and I'm focused on network engineering.

The obvious answer if you only want to further develop on the networking side would be the CCNP Routing & Switching or CCNP ENCORE as well as CCNP DATA CENTER

It depends on your current role and if you use the skills that you learn from the CCNA. If you're a Network admin/engineer and primarily use Cisco gear then the CCNP Enterprise could be good, additionally if you want to learn programing and APIs more then the DevNet associate may be better. Thirdly, if your company has a multi vendor environment, say using Juniper firewalls then the JNCIA- Security may be better if you have to deal with those things.
