what no one ever points out is, if there is instinctual racism not one of them would be in a position of authority to cry about it. they would not be allowed to hold positions of authority and this goes for all the minority groups that claim institutional isms and phobes. Kemi is an absolute star and proof that there is no barrier, it is about your ability to climb the ladder, she is in the post because she is intelligent, articulate, and capable of handling the work.
