All this emphasis on the Physics of a Railgun's power, but since there's no proper or cheap way to destroy a 3D model car in Anime they make it bounce up in the air, front flipping and drawn in a crushed impact.

That car would of been torn directly in half, smoldered from the impact, and collateral damage done to the end of the street.
