8 Marla house construction cost is shared with you. Most popular plot size for constructing a 8 marla house is 30 ft by 60 ft. In this case the front of the house is 30 feet and depth of the plot is 60 feet. This dimension is popular in larger cities of Pakistan so you will find these plots in Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad. As 8 marla is equal to 200 square yards so this house could be called as 200 square yards house as well.

The costs which we are going to share with you will be cost of grey structure and finishing of single storey house, double storey house in which we will be discussing two options (Ground floor and first floor whereas the second option will be Basement floor and ground floor. For a triple storey house also, we will be discussing two options. The options will be basement floor, ground floor and first floor and the other will be ground, first and second floor.
Lets first tell you how much square feet is constructed on each floor of 30x60 house. If we make a single storey house, only 1,200 square feet is constructed on the ground floor. If we talk of double storey 8 marla house, the covered area will be 1,200 square feet on the ground floor and 1,050 square feet on the first floor. In this way, 2,250 will be construction. On the contrary, if we make a basement floor and ground floor, which is also a double storey house, the area will be 2,150 square feet. In this 2,150 square feet, 950 square feet will be constructed on the basement floor and 1,200 square feet will be constructed on Ground floor.
Now lets share few costs:

Single storey 8 marla or 200 square yards house will cost you Rs. 39 lacs with A quality finishes and Rs. 45 lacs 60,000 for premium quality finishes. The grey structure of single storey house costs Rs. 2,040,000 and finishing of A quality costs Rs. 1,860,000 whereas if you get the finishes of this house done in premium quality, the finishes only would cost you Rs. 2,520,000
For a double storey house with ground floor and first floor construction, the construction cost of grey structure will be Rs. 3,825,000 whereas A quality finishes cost will be Rs. 3,487,500 and that of Premium quality will be Rs. 4,725,000. Double storey house having ground floor and first floor will cost you Rs. 7,312,500 for A quality finishes and will cost you Rs. 8,550,000 for premium quality finishes.
Double storey house with basement and ground with A quality finishes will cost you Rs. 76 lacs and 52 thousands whereas Premium quality finishes will cost you Rs. 88 lacs 35 thousands.
Triple storey house having basement floor, ground floor and first floor will be Rs. 1 crore 10 lacs 65 thousands and with Premium finishes the cost will be Rs. 12,725,000/-.
Lastly, cost of triple storey house with A quality finishes will be Rs. 1 crore 4 lacs and for Premium quality finishes will be Rs. 1 crore 22 lacs. This is the cost of house with ground floor, first floor and second floor being constructed.
