I have on question sir: on the travel.state.gov website, on the Submit required documents section, they mention :
“After KCC receives and processes the DS-260 application form for you and your accompanying family members, you will receive instructions for how to submit required supporting documents. Your interview will not be scheduled until you submit scanned copies of all required supporting documents, following the guidelines below.”
Will the winners of the dv-lottery 2023 receive those instructions by email? And does that agree with the fact that winners don not have to email the required documents yet??

FYI: For DV2023, the confirmation page after submission of DS260 has the following information:

"You do not need to submit any documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center. The KCC will review your application and will notify you if any of the information you have provided is insufficient or incomplete. Your DS-260 application will be kept on file with KCC until a visa number is available for you and your case can be scheduled."

Hello Sir, concerning the passport issue which has been lifted or rather ban for now, dv 2023 was entered with passport, does it mean the interview will still require valid passport or it's not included in the dv 2023 interview?

Iam a Winner of Dv lottery 2023. I have a question. That is, i have completed the ds260 form and submitted but i need to make some changes now. So i sent an Email to KCC to Unlock the ds260 form. But its been nearly 2 weeks. Thay havent unlocked yet, Will they accept to unlock the form ?

Hi and good morning from Ghana. I went for my police clearance form after I submitted my DS - 260 form waiting for KCC to send me the link in my mail, here is the case if we are not suppose to send our supporting document again, my police clearance form as stated on it expires after 6month of the date I went for it . that is 16th of this month, and if am suppose to get my 2NL and my interview date is in some where DEC-FEB, Does that means it has expired and for that reason I should go for current one OR its does not work like that. plss help me with this question.
