a really easy late game-ish xp farm is an enderman farm. you go from lvl 0 to 50 in about five minutes

Managed to get a silverfish xp farm goin with a bunch of allays and a campfire with infested splash potions, this doesn't work with fire aspect swords since it breaks the armor stand

Selling melons to farmers is op too. Hardest part is finding a melon. You gotta lvl up the farmer a bit too.
