Two minutes in and the ladies are not happy with the courts decision. Surprise surprise.

They are talking about Amber Heard like she is innocent. She was found guilty by the independent court which means she is guilty.

I wish people would have to state if they watched the full trial or not before they actually give their opinion.

Heard lost in public opinion bc she had no credibility on the witness stand...that and 💩 on the bed ..

The false narrative she used to attack Johnny was very public, so this trial needed to be public for him to get his reputation back.

I’m a woman and Amber being sued for defamation related to outlandish and provably false claims (by evidence and opinion of the jury) has NO impact on my likelihood to come forward if assaulted by a powerful person. This trial was not the death of Me Too, it was the expansion of it to see men as victims too.

Seems the interviewer didn’t see any of the case and is just spouting bias. She can’t differentiate between supporting women and the facts of the case.

Yes, it should have. It showed the lies and deceit they were trying to hide and it is very much troubling them.

This is sloppy journalism.

When both parties in this interview make factually incorrect statements, even before the five minute mark, I’m afraid I can’t watch past that point. The details are important in legal cases and it would be a waste of time to listen to two biased people arguing nothing.

They also do feminism a disservice. In fact, this case adds weight to the #metoo movement, since it shows how everyone, regardless of sex or perceived power, can be abused. (Just as the idea of toxic masculinity brought forward by feminists was not an attack on men but a support of a broader idea of masculinity, and that was misunderstood. In my experience, people wishing to keep perspectives narrow usually have a personal power base to protect.)

(1. The interviewer stated that JD filed a libel case when it was for defamation;
2. The interviewee stated that AH won $2m because she proved her accusations against JD were not a hoax. She did not. The award was made because at the time the hoax accusation was made, the hoax accusation had not been proved to be true and was therefore defamatory at the time it was made.)

The man was defamed according to jury and he was awarded millions in punitive damages presumably for actual malice. That's not nothing.

Lisa Bloom is one of the most morally empty people in America.

Why are you letting your guest lie without any pushback?

(While I was typing, I got my answer. The host is dishonest too.)

She was proven a liar. A big liar. EVERYONE could see she was acting. Where were the tears??? I never saw one tear.

If you actually care about celebrity arguments then this case is more about how little you have in your life.

Imagine have 182k subscribers and you cant even get 3k views after 4 months from being posted, just goes to show you how desperate the media wants to make us believe there narrative and not the one we seen or heard with our own ears and eyes.

I can’t even bring myself to try finishing this. This is a case that doesn’t just protect men, it betters us humans. Is it so awful to paint women as abusers in relationships too? Recently, and I am counting years, female empowerment feels more like power grab. Men are now welcome to the idea of equality among genders but let’s not also forget about our natural limitations. It should just be a conversation and not an argument.

Let’s not, however, over adjust again.
