Soul knife rogue is a great skill monkey. Not only can you not roll below 10 at later levels (on proficient skills) but you can also add a psy die to your skill check. stealth at +12, cant roll below a 10 and add a d12 from your psychic pool.

Divination specifically states (and I quote)
"You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn."

So no, you can not do so after you see the roll. It's about knowing the future, not changing it!!!
