If anyone on this video had the same issue as me and has an amd gpu launch the game from the adrenaline software. Everything I tried wouldn’t work until I did that and it works fine as long as you do that. It won’t fix the issue on the shortcut or through steam/epic games.

what worked for me after doing this was launching the game directly from the install folder, not epic games or desktop shortcut

When I click on "Display adapters", I only have NVIDIA, but not the other one. Should I click on "Disable device"?

Just disable then enable display adaptor

bruh, when i tried to do that my computer started working like sh*t.
then i tried turning off my main GTX videocard and guess what, it works like sh*t again
