Sooo for a savoury butter alternative - if you mix minced garlic, salt and other spices of choice into butter, spread it on bread, and then toast it in the oven, you’ll get what we call Knoblauchbrot. It’s a popular side dish in Europe when grilling outdoors in summer.

Hi Magali what is the thing you made with broccoli, looks like a legit fun way of consuming those joy killer veggies. I've been trying to have more broccoli since they are available in abundance now but don't know any fun ways When I boil and eat them I swear it tastes like death. Pls, help share that recipe
