I usually do vomit when I’m on a plane or road trip but I’d recommend the travel pills since they work and also you don’t need more than one so maybe get thoes

No ipad, no TV that contributes to the sickness, only water as a drink all helps

Please. Don’t watch a movie when you hack air sick. The movie makes you have 10x more motion sickness and I KNOW because I also experienced air sickness

I don't like the smell of egg and have to have an bottle of a something sweet or chocolate to smell so I can avoid the smell

I used to fly for BA - why were you never on my flights 😅 I’d have spoilt you. It is a crap airline though lol. Head’s up - you’re in the worst passenger seat for turbulence! Book closest to the wings next time…
