Tbh bits is no way behind any iit i am not saying bits is better but its not behind any iit coz of its extraordinary curriculum no reservations, flexible time table year gap and no attendance all these are unique for any college the only downside is fees but coz bits isnt government funded u hv to pay that to maintain such quality

Got 243 in first attempt and according to last year trends I will get atleast something in bits goa or pilani campus, but I still am not very sure about it since it's all over the internet that cutoff scores will increase, I need to know by how much cuttoff can increase, anyone any idea?

my suggestion for iits is to conduct admissions semester wise instead of year wise bcz the students who joined at the start of the academic year many of them will leave bcz of psu jobs and other reasons and seats becomes vacant... so admissions twice a year helps in increasing higher education% in the country and also research capacity of the country and institutions
