Hmm, wonder what would happen if you said you couldn't physically do the dui physical test and offered to do the breathalyzer test and just didn't blow. Every time the officer said "you need to blow in the machine" and you said "all right. Let me try again" and no matter how many time they tell you to blow you just didn't blow.

When the police bring you to the station to blow in their machine you will always blow over the limit even if you were sober because they would have to bring you back to the scene and bring your car back I had one beer and a hamburger And I blew three times over the legal limit
