As someone who's always struggled with self doubt... But who has always been relatively good at recruitment I think whats better is figuring out what motivates some one else. Most people are into things that could help your company... Find those and just give them an out let and appreciation for doing it.

From this video, I learned that he himself wasn't convinced about the solution for the stated problem. So, he did not give any solution at all and spoke about tertiary stuff. Very honest guy.

You need to be a good story teller. Being a technical person I can tell you I heard some deep BS get pitched because they were good at story telling. What these folks were saying technically was not even correct, sometimes dishonest and non-tech & investor types were eating it up. This continues to upset me, I value integrity over just getting the cash. However if you can bring both integrity and story telling into the mix you will win finding people to come on board. Most of all, you will be able to live with yourself if you're not a sociopath.

If you have to convince yourself, then you should pivot.
It's a huge mistake to try and "convince" anyone to join your startup. They will never be super excited. Put the word out and the super excited will find you and want to work for you without any convincing on your part. If no one responds, then you didn't put the right word out.

I usually wake 2-3 times during the night sleep. And my smartphone’s notepad / audio recorder are always +2+3 ideas in the morning. Seems to be I am on the right way😂

This video is a waste of time. I am ready to put time and effort into my startup of course I believe in my idea. The speaker went off topic and didn't really answer the question of how to convince someone just says oh you gotta convince yourself first. I wouldn't be here and looking to get someone else if I wasn't convinced.
