I would use that peach cream cheese for a few things actually! I would get that peach tart and melt down that cream cheese into a glaze type frosting and drizzle it on the tart. Or even just use it for stuffed french toast!

for the cream cheese, u could put it on a bagel for sure! or pancakes or toast! you could also dip strawberries or other fruit in it

I'm not a vegan or vegetarian however I do like to sometimes switch up the proteins and trader Joe's has really awesome black bean and cheese taquitos. It's sad to think that I've tried a bunch of different brands of the chicken and cheese or steak and cheese. Stihl trader Joe's black bean and cheese taquitos has crispitos that are full of feeling and not air.
If they were closer I would go there more often I am grateful that the town I live in has lots of local farms and community gardens plus a really nice food co-op, show tons of access to local grown products. First area where I've seen a mushroom seller at the Farmers market. He's a legit business and he sells everything from coffee seasonings lots of different mushroom options it's awesome. He even has his own tinctures that they make. They meaning him and his wife.
There's also a voucher program given to seniors. Where they can buy a booklet of vouchers for really cheap and it converts into Farmers market cash. You can buy a booklet of 10 vs for $10 but each one equals $5. $10 = $50 in vouchers??
