Xbox Series X/S: How to Turn OFF/ON Directly from Console (without controller)

I show you how to turn off/on (power off, shut off, power down) and put in Sleep Mode using the console only without using the controller.

i have a question..wat is diff between turn off console and full shutdown console? the turn off console mean that console is till working? i just keep using the turn off console mode everyday and i afraid my console gonna be exhaust because is not completely full shutdown?

I feel slow for asking this but how do you turn the Xbox series S fan on? Bc it kept turning off and I felt it and it was hot and I used my phone’s flashlight and saw that the fan was not on, how do you turn it on?

So does that explains why when I plug out the console after turning it off by holding down on the controller it turns off 1-3 seconds after turning it on again or mines is defective?
