I would kill to re-live the year 1999 again!! I'd have been in the 3rd and 4th grade that year, and I can so vividly remember just exactly how hype the initial Pokémon craze was!! My favorite early memory was doing something really good in school that week, can't remember at this point exactly what it was that I did lol, but it must have been really good because we grew up kind of poor and I HARDLY EVER got to buy packs of cards. But that week my mother took me after school to the KB toys store at our local mall as a reward for my behavior/achievements at school....I remember getting a blue pokemon t shirt with Ash, Pikachu, and the Kanto starters on it, and I also grabbed 3 BASE SET BLISTER PACKS, one of each starters artwork lol get home and proceed to pull the first holo I ever pulled myself, and the holo that became my favorite card and still a top 3 to this day, BASE SET BLASTOISE!!

Before these “influencers” ruined the craze a base set pack was £40-50. Then these people hyper inflated the price by putting inaccurate valuations on cards. The same as that “charizard” guy

Funny to think that Logan's both an important figure for the retro Pokemon TCG market blowing up as much as it did, as well as for a resurgence in pop-culture interest in WWE after his fantastic match with Roman Reigns. You might not like him, I certainly don't, but he demands respect for what he's accomplished.
