At my school we are not allowed to go outside for a breather one of my friends passed out because she was hot and needed air. And a lot of the time in loads of my lessons I always have everyone staring at me due to the fact that when I have bad panic/anxiety attacks my teachers just lets everyone watch me xx

One tip I have for procrastination is to break up your homework assignments in parts and every night you do one part as homework.

Tip:
Right when you wake up, eat breakfast. Next day you wake up, you'll wake up when you ate breakfast the other day. Your Brian tells you when to eat and it changes the schedule of eating or something. I read it as a fact, and I tried it and it worked.

primer
bb cream
powder some pink blush
mascara
eyeliner if i feel the mood to wear it that day
eye brows same thing as eyeliner
lip balm
and a setting spray to last all day
the last part isn't necessary but i live in south florida and it can get hot and humid
so the setting spray is needed for me
